This charter outlines the objectives of the
Project Data Analytics Task Force in 2024.
ACADEMIC COLLABORATION
We will explore opportunities for collaboration across academia.
GOVERNMENT AND INDUSTRY COLLABORATION
We aim to develop strong relationships with government and industry bodies, to drive their data strategies. We strive to deliver evidence-based insights to influence policy decisions.
KNOWLEDGE DISSEMINATION
We will create a repository of real-life case studies and guidance notes to encourage knowledge sharing and adoption of data analytics best practices.
EVENTS AND NETWORKING
We will create a speaker brochure to ensure a consistent measure across Task Force members and attempt to speak at as many events including hackathons.
ONLINE PRESENCE AND OUTREACH
We will build a compelling online presence across common platforms.
WHITEPAPER UPDATE
We will revisit our white paper to reflect the current landscape of Project Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

Manifesto
We developed a manifesto with the Major Projects Association
to improve the adoption of data-driven projects.
6 PLEDGES
The manifesto is based on six pledges, which sets out to address some of the systemic issues of project delivery and generate a groundswell of practitioner momentum and pledges of support

1. DATA ANALYTICS
We use data analytics to bust project management myths and beliefs.
2. DATA ENABLEMENT
All projects are data designed and enabled.
3. DATA POOLING
We pool our data to maximise insights.
4. DATA OPENSOURCING
We collaborate on opensource data analytics solutions tackling priority challenges.
5. DATA RESKILLING
We re-skill for a digital and data-enabled world.
6. DATA CULTURE
Data Analytics is codified in all aspects of project delivery best practice and culture.
